This 40-unit condo project situated on the Gulf of Mexico is undergoing a complete renovation after significant damage occurred during Hurricane Ian in 2022. The project was originally designed by John A. Bodziak in 1983. The updated enclosure design brings high quality, durable, marine grade finishes, an updated casual coastal color palette, and modern appointments, such as turtle-friendly lighting.
